MBFACTA is the Factoring company of Mediobanca Group. MBFACTA offers management, financial and guarantee services for commercial and industrial companies, always guarantee the utmost professionalism, competence and ethics:

• is a company organized and structured with advanced technology for Global Working Capital Management
• has adopted an Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 that is constantly updated and fully complies with the most demanding requirements of banking groups
• prepares its financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS accounting and international standards

In 2016 the Mediobanca Group announced in its business plan its intention to expand it’s Factoring platform, already active since 2014 within its subsidiary Creditech, a leading company in credit management services.

In 2017 MBFACTA was established, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mediobanca and specialized in Factoring services for commercial and industrial companies.
